BOPA (Nylon) film is highly susceptible to moisture absorption, which can adversely impact its performance, leading to dimensional changes, inaccurate overprinting, reduced composite strength, and foaming. Therefore, it's vital to implement protective measures in high humidity environments. Key precautions include:Avoid opening the package prematurely before use.

• Aim to use the full package at once, and securely wrap any remaining material with a superior barrier material.
• Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels within the workshop for optimal performance.
