BOPA (Nylon) film is highly susceptible to moisture absorption which can adversely affect performance, such as altering dimensions leading to inaccurate overprinting, reduced composite strength, and foaming issues. Therefore,'protection under high humidity is crucial. Pay special attention to the following guidelines:

• Avoid premature package opening. Ensure usage only when necessary.
• Use entirely in one go; wrap remaining material with suitable barrier material.
• Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in the workshop.
