BOPA(Nylon) film is highly susceptible to moisture absorption, which can negatively impact its performance, such as causing size alterations leading to misalignments in overprinting, reduced composite strength, and potential foaming. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure adequate protection in high humidity environments. Pay special attention to the following:

• Avoid opening the package too early before use to prevent moisture absorption.
• Aim to utilize the entire roll at once; if any remains, ensure it is wrapped in a material with excellent barrier properties.
• Maintain reasonable temperature and humidity levels in the workshop to preserve film integrity.
