BOPA (Nylon) film is highly susceptible to moisture absorption, which can adversely impact its usage, leading to size alterations that result in inaccurate overprinting, diminished composite strength, bubbling, etc. Hence, it'is imperative to provide adequate protection in high humidity environments. Pay special attention to the following precautions:

• Avoid premature opening of the package prior to use.
• Endeavor to utilize the film entirely in one go; any leftovers should be enveloped with a superior barrier material.
• Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels within the workshop.
