BOPA (Nylon) film is highly susceptible to moisture absorption, which can negatively impact its performance. When exposed to humidity, the material may experience size alterations leading to imprecise overprinting, insufficient bonding strength in composites, and foaming. Thus,'it becomes imperative to ensure protection of the film in high humidity conditions. Pay particular attention to these key considerations:

• Refrain from unwrapping the package until you are ready to use it, to maintain its integrity.
• Whenever possible, utilize the entire amount at once. If not, wrap any remaining film with a reliable barrier material to preserve its quality.
• Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in your workspace to ensure the best performance of the film.
